Wendy has written her first children’s book in English, “Wendy and the Windmill,” inspired by the world-famous windmills of Kinderdijk. Created especially for young visitors, the story takes children on an adventure through the windmill area and introduces them to this unique place in a playful way.

Meet Wendy
On May 9 and 10, Wendy will be at the Gift Shop in the Visitor Center, where she will personally sign copies of her book. It’s a unique opportunity to meet the creator behind the story and take home a special keepsake.
On Saturday, May 9, Wendy will be signing her book from 9:00 to 11:00 AM and from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. On Sunday, May 10, she will be signing her book from 10:30 to 11:00 AM and from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
