Water Management Up Close
Find out how Kinderdijk has been regulating the water here for centuries. The video explains how this landscape was shaped and which innovations prevented the water from flooding in. In Wisboom Pumping Station, you can witness the power of the steam pumps interactively with scale models and models of the polders. The audio tour (available on your own phone) offers more depth: perfect for students who like to learn independently.
